The following Additional Qualifications are strongly preferred. If you meet some, but not all, you are still encouraged to apply; we value employees with a willingness to learn.

  • Contract negotiation experience with strong influencing and persuasive talents
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of academic, research and library technologies (experience with Canvas LMS preferred)
  • Working knowledge of IT contracting concepts, Software as a Service, software licensing and data security
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or specialized training is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Experience working collaboratively across a diverse population
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong capacity to prioritize work and projects
  • High degree of integrity and strong ethics
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, presentation and public speaking skills
