As a Head of Relationship Management - Institutional Business, you will:-

• Recruit and lead a Separately Managed Account (SMA) sales and operations team
• Communicate and manage the SMA account set up process with our operation and compliance team
• Partner with local sales to service existing SMA accounts and facilitate ongoing changes
• Act as a point of escalation on any client account concerns
• Provide client account reporting for sales and portfolio management
• Manage the SMA account contract process with operations and legal
• Provide training to joiners for service setup and account opening
• Communicate with management team on trends and escalated servicing items
• Proactively identify and project manage process enhancements to improve communication with stakeholders

It would be wonderful if:-

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, or other related disciplines.
• At least 10 years' experience in financial services experience in wealth or asset management, previous experience in managing a SMA team is a great plus
• Good understanding of separately managed accounts
• Track record of managing projects and delivering results
• Strong ability to build partnerships across internal departments ranging from legal, operations and sales
• Ability to work to tight and changing deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
