The role will work across the firms investments which including Direct Real Estate, NPLs, Equity & Platform Investments and Direct Lending across the UK and Europe.  The incumbent will take ownership of a number of the investments with full responsibility for business plan development, valuation, scenario analysis as well as other ad hoc projects required by the fund.

The role will also entail managing and developing a small team of more junior colleagues.

Applications are sought from individuals with previous experience working with NPL and Real Estate investments gained at a Credit fund, loan servicer, real estate manager or potentially a strong advisory platform.  Critically candidates will need to demonstrate first class business plan modelling, analytical and portfolio management skills.  Advanced Cash flow modelling is a necessity.
