This role will require the person to perform a variety of roles & responsibilities, and to coordinate workstreams across functions & teams regionally.

• Review and support underwriting, diligence, and documentation for new investments
• Prepare and review all Investment Memos and underwriting cash flow models.
• Create, maintain, and update investor reports
• Prepare/review quarterly fund reports, including asset and market updates.
• Prepare/review semi-annual market research reports with the research team
• Initiate, prepare, review, submit, and help present the annual Business Plans to the investors.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate responses to investors' ad hoc requests
• Assist in further fundraising efforts.
• Supervise and coach junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in the real estate portfolio/asset management and/or transaction
• Experience with any APAC real estate investment funds, especially in logistics
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Korean language skill is a plus, but not mandatory
