Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills
Working knowledge of financial principles budgeting, financial analysis
Experience with Harvard University/FAS policies/regulations/systems strongly preferred as is experience working with research faculty in an academic research environment.
Experience working with research faculty on grants and contracts managing complex awards and working with a variety of sponsors preferred.
Advanced working knowledge of research compliance issues, subrecipient monitoring issues, key federal grant regulations, and other related compliance issues preferred. Extensive pre- and post-award management experience preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills preferred.
Working knowledge of financial principles budgeting, financial analysis preferred.
Experience training and developing staff preferred.
Excellent customer service skills, organizational and time management skills preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding attention to detail preferred
Problem solving skills and willingness to be flexible preferred.
