We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Tele Consultant, Underwriting and Claims.
Handle customer and/or sales enquiries on life and/or medical new business or claims in a professional and timely manner via phone and digital channels
Provide guidance to customer for policy application or claims request including completion of claim, medical or health questionnaire etc.
Assist customer on doctor, medical or relevant services arrangement
Make appropriate recommendations to meet customers' expectation
Establish and maintain good customer relationship by providing one-stop customer care services
Document and manage customer data and enquiries in accordance with guidelines and service standard
Ensure the viral underwriting team and claims services efficiency and accuracy
Regular review on the administration procedures to ensure all activities are processed in the most effective means and remain most effective at all times
Support on the virtual underwriting capability design and maintain services levels, scripts, procedures and training
Support projects or ad-hoc tasks in accordance with requirements set
Solid years of experience in customer services or facing role on claims experience in individual life and medical insurance industry
Nursing experience will be added as advantage
Registered Nurse Practicing Certificate will be added as advantage
Life and/or medical claims experience will be added as advantage
Good command of written / spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills with customer centricity
Independent, self-motivated, well-organized and good team player
Good computer skill, proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
