Oversees a diverse portfolio of technology projects across the Keck Health-System. Has responsibility for the execution of projects, providing guidance on practice and application of project management, and ensuring successful execution of projects and programs through effective facilitation, tracking, and reporting consistent with project objectives and ISâs strategic plan. Directly and indirectly oversees multiple program managers, project managers, project coordinators and subject matter experts (SMEs) responsible for ensuring projects are managed from initiation through flawless execution according to established EPMO project management methodology and aligning to organizational goals and strategic objectives.
Works directly with IS and Leadership governance committees to manage, all projects. Accountable for on time, on schedule on budget and the overall quality of all projects in portfolio.Â Works with peers to evaluate opportunities to decrease complexities to help streamline operations and maintenance. Accountable for all project documentation, tracking, updating in ServiceNow.Â Accountable for establishing a regular cadence to manage and monito project financials and adherence to Change Management for Scope and Budget.
Minimum Education:â¢Bachelor's degree; Masterâs Degree preferredâ¢Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education Minimum Experience/Knowledge:â¢5 -10 years in portfolio, program, and project managementâ¢5 experience in a leadership role within a Technology Project Management OfficeRequired License/Certification:â¢Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification â¢Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) Highly Desired; Program Management Professional (PgMP) Preferredâ¢Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
