The incumbent will be a member of the Framlington Healthcare Equity Investment team, responsible for the active management of Equity portfolios and responsible for actively contributing to the research efforts.
Role requires providing support in management of funds and/or mandates, working with the other fund managers and ensuring that the funds operate within client and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure, where necessary, the implementation incorporates policies and programmes approved by management and the investment committees.
Participate in supporting continuous improvement of the investment process.
Understand and conform to Framlington???s compliance requirements.
Conduct fundamental analysis of the allocated stocks within the investment team and produce regular updates on the progress of the companies concerned.
Participate in investment committees and be proactive in promoting ideas under the given process of the team.
Keep abreast of market externalities and contribute to sharing and collaborative work environmentPromotion
Actively promote the franchise from the fund management side, in strong partnership with the Product Specialists and Sales.
Actively and openly communicate with clients on performance, being transparent and honest in all communications.
Perform other tasks and projects as assigned from time to time.
Proven experience of delivering creative advertising and media solutions across multiple countries, working client side or in a similar role agency side.
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously either as part of team or as an individual.
Strong verbal and written communications skills to partner with team members and collaborate with key stakeholders.
Good understanding of digital channels, including paid search and native channels (preferred but not essential).
Passionate about advertising and creativity, bringing new ideas to the table on the latest innovations and ideas from outside and within financial services.
Can work in a regulatory environment to keep within guidelines of Financial Promotions and advertising standards.
Keeps abreast of competitor???s behavior and advertising/media strategies
Ability to operate in a fast-paced organisation with tight timelines.
