Preferred Qualifications â¢ Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines â¢ Demonstrate inclusive leadership through educational, professional, organized sports, clubs, or life experiences â¢ Have experience with analytical and technical programs such as Microsoft Excel and/or other data analysis/coding software â¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills â¢ Internship or work experience in related fields such as business or healthcare â¢ Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills â¢ Encourage teamwork and a positive environment to improve team effectiveness â¢ Be resourceful and can quickly and successfully adapt to change
Education â¢ Currently be pursuing a bachelorâ™s degree â¢ Preferred majors in the following related degrees, Risk Management & Insurance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics â¢ Have a college graduation date between May 2021 and August 2022
