NYU’s Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, Relationship Management in our Office of Career Development. The Associate Director will oversee, conduct and participate in a variety of corporate recruitment activities including managing on-campus and virtual recruiting needs for a targeted industry. The Associate Director will implement end-to-end campus recruiting strategies for corporate partners and advise employers on branding & marketing, event management, and candidate selection & interviews. The Associate Director will identify, cultivate, and strengthen relationships with corporate recruiters to solicit interest in recruiting Stern full-time MBA students. The selected candidate will also track, analyze and report on student survey results, hiring results and benchmarking data to advise companies on best practices and lead annual formal briefings with recruiting stakeholders at top employers.
The selected candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in human resources, corporate relations, career development, admissions or an equivalent combination. Candidates must possess a proven ability to cultivate relationships. Excellent presentation, written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are also required. Experience in a corporate environment or business school is highly preferred.
