Description JOB SUMMARY: The Lead Relationship Manager provides expert leadership for moderate complexity customers. The Lead Relationship Manager ensures customer issues and escalations are managed effectively and that changes are made with clear reference to customer priorities. Collaborates with functional leads and SMEs on how best to shape requests and develop an approach that aligns with enterprise goals.
