About our client
Comprised of highly experienced professionals and a dedicated global investment team, our client is a market-leading asset management firm. They wish to add an Analyst to their client services team based in London. You will work directly with relationship managers to support and strengthen relationships with existing EMEA based institutional investors.
They are searching for someone with a strong interest in investor relations and experience within financial services, preferably in or supporting a client-focused function. This person must also possess strong analytical, writing and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to operate in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
What the job involves

• You will work directly with relationship managers to support and strengthen relationships with their EMEA based clients
• Assist with the preparation of client services materials, including performance reports and market updates
• Maintain a working knowledge of client portfolios, as well as assisting with their development
• Use your technical skills to extract and manipulate data from financial statements
• Work with other departments internally to aggregate information needed to help prepare client deliverables
• Respond to client questions and special requests

Who we are looking for

• Experience in a financial services environment, ideally within a client focused team - private equity exposure preferred but not essential
• Fluent in English - an additional European language is favourable
• Must possess strong analytical, written and oral communication skills
• Capable of managing multiple assignments and flexible work schedules of relationship managers
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft applications
