AtlantiCare, the largest healthcare organization in southeastern New Jersey, is seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Applications Specialist to join our growing team.
Our CRM Applications Specialistserves as a valuable liaison between marketing, service lines and technology team. This role will allow you to utilize your technological skills and problem-solving skills to help enhance our customer relations.
Job responsibilities include:
Coordinating and facilitating all aspects of the software development life cycle, including project/feature backlog prioritization, requirement engineering, overseeing development and application testing.
Launching products and providing education and technical support to end users within the organization.
Providing point and click administration and configuration of key systems.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a business, computer or information technology, or related field.
2 years of Business Analyst experience developing detailed business and functional requirements, conducting user acceptance testing and providing end-user training.
Experience developing requirements for customer relationship management project or implementation required.
Previous responsibility for point and click administration of mission-critical system (e.g., ERP, CRM, CMS, etc.).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
Excellent project management skills required.
Creative problem solving, impeccable communication and attention to detail are key skills expected in this role.
Previous customer relationship management administration (Salesforce/MS Dynamics) experience preferred. Salesforce experience (Marketing Cloud, Health Service Cloud, Ad Studio, Datorama) preferred.
