Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of IT Customer Experience, the Administrative Relationship Manager acts as techno-functional liaison between Information Technology Services and administrative departments with a focus on finance, student financials, and aid. This position's primary goal is to help administrative departments identify and achieve efficiencies and automations that allow for staff to focus on the business of the College. The incumbent is responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of applications used in administrative support of the functions of the College. This position works with administrative departments to determine needs and evaluate technology solutions. This position will serve as a point of escalation for customer issues and shepherd projects through governance processes.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Serve as a liaison between ITS and specific administrative departments, working to understand and evaluate needs and then propose and implement technical solutions.
Work with administrative departments to review processes and procedures, with an eye towards suggesting technology to increase efficiency and automation.
Oversee a portfolio of applications related to the administrative work of the College.
Work with other members of the ITS department to shepherd projects through the proposal, design, implementation, and support process.
Work with the Administrative Applications Developer(s) to enhance and support custom built technical applications.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
Higher education experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with financial software (Peoplesoft preferred), Excel, and SQL queries.
Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time, exempt level position. The College is committed to providing competitive market pay for its employees. The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 - $75,000 and is commensurate with experience and qualifications. The College also offers a competitive benefits package for full-time staff, including:
