Customer Relationship Management System Analyst/Trainer
Major Duties: General Summary: Maintains customer relationship management system (CRMS) and resources for departments. Provides technical support and training, end-user liaison, CRMS functional support staff, and business analysis.- Collaborates with clients to explore new features while maintaining and enhancing existing features and functions. Investigates, evaluates, and implements ways to optimize end-user experiences. - Administration responsibilities such as maintaining user profiles, permissions, and third-party applications.
