The Supervision + Credit group (S+C) is responsible for the supervision and regulation of state member banks (SMBs), bank holding companies, savings and loan holding companies, financial holding companies, data service providers, trust companies, and foreign banking organizations that operate in the Twelfth District. Supervised institutions are in all states of the District and range in size and complexity from small community organizations to some of the largest banking organizations in the country.
S+C’s Executive Leadership Team relies on a team of administrative professionals who collaborate within the team and with internal/external stakeholders to coordinate activities, schedules, events, projects and people with precision and a standard of excellence that drives our mission. In addition, the team provides critical administrative support for various S+C business lines and functional responsibilities.
Are you ready to get results as an Executive Analyst in a premier public service organization? As an Executive Analyst in S+C, you will directly support the Executive Vice President. You’ll employ your attention to detail, relationship building skills, organizational abilities, and savvy communication skills to deliver the highest level of administrative support. S+C is an exciting and rapidly evolving environment, and this is a highly visible role. You’ll demonstrate critical thinking to manage ever-changing schedules, priorities and demands. You’ll handle meeting schedules and supporting materials, schedule travel, process expenses, and run small projects. Provides senior-level administrative support to the Executive Vice President responsible for S+C.
Proactively manages executive’s schedule, travel arrangements, and correspondence and routes sensitive and priority items on a timely basis.
Thinks critically and pivots quickly to solve problems.
Ensures the executive is fully informed and prepared in advance with pertinent documents for meetings and events.
In partnership with the EVP, maintains projects and ensures key collaborators and colleagues are following through on tasks and commitments.
Leverages relationships and demonstrates organizational savvy by involving key team members to ensure a smooth-running executive office.
Understands the executive’s preferences and anticipates needs proactively.
Supports the executive and broader organization with excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaborating to deliver key communications through various channels.
Coordinates internal and external meetings. This may include scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees, arranging onsite logistics, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available.
Collaborates with team of administrative professionals to provide a range of administrative support (e.g., maintaining supplies, other logistics) across S+C, but is primarily responsible for duties within the San Francisco office.
AA degree or equivalent work experience as an executive analyst.
Typically 8+ years of related experience.
