We are looking for a Senior Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager in Denver, CO. This role focuses on acquiring, analyzing and maintaining lending credit relationships.
Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Lender responsible for acquiring, analyzing and maintaining lending client relationships.
Provides suitable credit, deposit or other banking services as well as counsel and advice to best meet clients' needs.
Analyzes risks and profitability of assigned client base to ensure ongoing profitability and conformity with credit terms.
Solicits the sale of additional products and services to best meet the needs of clients.
Develops and implements marketing plans for expanding business.
Negotiates loan terms and conditions.
Remains well versed in industrial, economic and financial situations relating to assigned clients.
May be assigned specialized industry or market segments.
Supports and upholds employment policies including bank and branch goals, objectives and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
Requires a Bachelor's degree
Requires 8- 12+ years direct commercial lending, credit, banking product and sales experience
Experience in lending to Builders and Developers specializing in some or all of the following product types: Multi-family, Office, Retail, Industrial, Medical Office, Hotels, LIHTC/Affordable Housing, & Production Home Builders
Proven ability to originate your own book of business
Thorough knowledge of banking products and services, commercial lending techniques and procedures, credit process and procedures
Excellent customer relations, problem resolution and sales skills
Ability to negotiate and structure loans and assist clients as needed.
Salary range based upon experience: $180,000 - $210,000
