Vectra Bank Colorado is excited to offer an opportunity as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to an experienced candidate.
What are we looking for?
Vectra Bank Colorado is seeking a proven, highly motivated, sales-minded individual to take on a portfolio and grow it for the future as part of our Denver, CO team.
The ideal candidate will have the experience necessary to:
Manages high-end corporate customers' business needs and strategies, provides financial counseling, advice and expertise in complex loan structuring and strategic business planning
Satisfies clients' needs by cross selling appropriate products and designing a value driven package of products and services utilizing a full array of bank services
Develops new relationships internally and externally
Approves and/or recommends loan packages within assigned limits
Manages credit portfolio, maintaining acceptable credit quality and loan profitability
Maintains and enhances personal knowledge of bank products and services as well as the laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures appropriate to the position
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Typically requires a bachelor's and 4+ years of directly related experience
Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus extensive knowledge of other related fields
Extensive knowledge of credit associated lending, financial strategy and customer development
Perceptive character judgment
Ability to expand client relationships and product sales
Strong sales ability
Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of applicable lending policies, procedures, laws and regulations
Knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets
You have to want to be a part of a motivated and driven team and work under respected leaders. We need someone who is proactive, who has a great attitude, who is confident and wants to work with professional people and will inspire them to achieve the department initiatives.
Pay range (depending on experience): $150,000 - $180,000, plus incentive plan.
