Job Description Ensure timely, accurate and effective legal documentation and administer credit for the Global Corporate Banking (GCB) clients specializing in Commodities. Implement facility limits (bilateral and syndicated), maintaining accurate credit documentation and transaction records Work with Relationship managers, Risk managers and Legal counsels to ensure that loan documentation complies with credit approvals and is properly executed. Ensure that all conditions precedents are sufficiently met before facilities are implemented or availed, otherwise, ensure proper approval of all exceptions in accordance with credit risk policies and appropriate follow-up. Ensure that approvals to deviations, waivers, deferrals an
