Overview
NYUâ™s Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Relationship Management in our Careers office. The Director will manage all aspects of employment opportunities for MBA students and lead the implementation of overarching strategy for all relationship management activities. They will manage a portfolio of existing relationships to expand business and career opportunities for all MBA students. The Director will direct and enhance operations, lead analysis and metrics to inform decision making, and improve overall effectiveness of services and offerings. They will develop and implement a plan to enhance the School's image and improve employment goals. The Director will manage all aspects of on-campus and virtual recruitment including corporate partnerships and recruiting events and programs. They will analyze and recommend best practices to ensure that career opportunities align with studentsâ™ interests. The Director will also manage and develop the team.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will have a bachelorâ™s degree (MBA or masterâ™s degree in a related field preferred) and a minimum of 7+ years progressively responsible professional experience in Human Resources, recruiting, executive search, or entrepreneurial experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience with client/relationship management, managing staff and administering budgets. Proven ability to develop and market School's relationships with corporate firms in order to enhance the department's services and programs is required. Excellent presentation, project and program management, operations, networking, and written and verbal communication skills are also essential. Experience in a corporate environment or business school is preferred.
Qualifications
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $82,000 to USD $122,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
