Winthrop & Weinstine is seeking a Paralegal to provide support to our Creditors' Remedies Group. This position offers flexibility with the option to work from either Minneapolis or St. Cloud, MN. The responsibilities for this position will include, but not limited to: Develop file organization for commercial loan enforcement cases. Conduct legal research on debtor assets, liens, judgments, and financial history. Review and analyze commercial loan documents, contracts, and financial statements. Review and analyze real estate documents and title commitments. Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
