Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in an information technology related field.
• Knowledge of and experience in working independently in Slate CRM or other CRM technology and the accompanying knowledge of data logic and query tools.
• Demonstrated ability to take business requirements and use them to formulate technical design.
• Ability to communicate clearly and a willingness to work with, assist, train and share knowledge with university stakeholders.
• Experience interacting with and/or providing service to people with different backgrounds, perspectives, identities and life experiences.
• The ability to respond to changing business needs and learn quickly.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a customer and student-centric approach, as well as the drive to improve the functioning of the Oregon State University graduate Slate instance.
