The team has responsibility for the management of all assets acquired by the fund which include Direct Real Estate, Unsecured Personal Loans as well as both Residential and Commercial mortgages and loans on both a performing and NPL basis. The focus of the work is the provision of analytical and valuation led tasks to help the fund track and understand the value of its investments as well as working on numerous fund level and ad hoc work supporting existing assets as well as looking at new opportunities and potential exits. Candidates will need to display strong Excel cashflow modelling skills, as well as being comfortable working with large data sets and previous experience working with either Real Estate or NPLs.??
