Specialty Asset Portfolio Manager Minerals
Purpose of the Position; The Specialty Asset Portfolio Manager – Minerals will work in close coordination with the Senior Asset Portfolio Manager to manage the portfolio of minerals held in fiduciary accounts in Wealth Management. Key Accountabilities: Ensuring efficient and prudent management of the portfolio of mineral assets by the following: Document analysis and confirmation of mineral asset ownership. Negotiation of agreements that provide for the development and exploitation of minerals. Monitors compliance with mineral lease provisions to maximize income for clients. Analysis/verification of Division of Interest (working and royalty) Audit of Working/Royalty Interest paymen
