 We are looking for a passionate investment-minded team member to guide portfolio decisions at a high level; mainly communicating with existing and prospective clients regarding investment philosophy, economic climate, and performance attribution. Additionally, this role will support the investment policy committee with research and due diligence duties. &#xa0; 
 CFA or CFP&#xae; required 
 Must have direct experience working with clients and distilling complex investment and economic topics into consumable dialogue with investors. 
 It is imperative the candidate has a fundamental belief/alignment around market efficiency and strategic asset allocation using publicly traded investment vehicles.&#xa0;

This role educates cooperative leadership and boards on Homestead Advisers&#8217; programs and services, consults on investment and business needs, and delivers tailored solutions aligned with cooperative goals. &#xa0;We offer a committed, client focused approach, financial products and services for individuals and cooperatives and experienced portfolio managers and cost-effective solutions. 
 The right candidates can actively manage a sales pipeline, conduct outreach and deliver engaging presentations, and are proactive and motivated to achieve success. This position requires strong collaboration skills with colleagues to ensure a high level of service from initial engagement through ongoing account management.&#xa0;&#xa0; 
 Our ideal candidate&#xa0;is in the West or Midwest part of the United States (not Colorado or California) to live in the assigned service territory. However, we may consider candidates who live near Arlington, VA, where we have a hybrid work policy which allows working from home up to two days a week. &#xa0; &#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0; 
 Bachelors degree in a business related field. 
 Five or more years of financial industry experience, preferably working in sales or business development roles. 
 FINRA SIE (Securities Industry Professional), FINRA Series 6 (Investment Company Registered Representative), FINRA Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent) licensing required within six months of start date. FINRA Series 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam) within one year of start date is preferred. 
 Valid driver&#8217;s license 
 Experience working with cooperatives is preferred. 
 Professional designation such as CFP, CEBS, CIMA or CFA is preferred.&#xa0;</description>
